The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address), the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, and the operating system of your mobile device.

The Application does not gather precise location data and does not use AI technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide personally identifiable information including Age, Gender, Name, Crop, and Land. This information will be retained and used as described in this policy.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid in improving the Application.

The Service Provider may disclose information as required by law (e.g. to comply with a subpoena), when necessary to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, and with trusted service providers who adhere to this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.

User provided data will be retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, contact [email protected] and we will respond in a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children’s internet usage and to instruct children never to provide personally identifiable information without permission.

You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information (in some countries a parent or guardian may do so on your behalf).

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, translation, or creation of derivative versions of the Application or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as such actions could expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and may cause the Application to malfunction.

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi or exhausted data allowance. Your mobile network provider’s terms still apply, and you may incur data or roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

The Service Provider cannot assume responsibility for your usage of the Application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, it relies in part on third-party information and accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on the Application’s functionality.

Updates to the Application may be required to continue using it. The Service Provider does not guarantee perpetual compatibility with your operating system version. The Service Provider may cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end and you must cease using and delete the Application.

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
